Can law schools see your LSAT photo?
Relax, LSAC doesn’t include a copy of the photo in your CAS report schools get to see. They just hang onto it in a warehouse somewhere for a few years in case a reason comes up to suspect an imposter took the test for you and they want to double check things. Just make sure the pic conforms to LSAC rules.
Can I use my passport for LSAT?
To take the LSAT (including LSAT Writing), you must present a physical, valid international passport or a North American government-issued photo ID. The ID must be current (or have expired within 6 months of your test date) and must contain: A recent and recognizable photo of you. Your first name.
How do you take a picture for the LSAT?
Only your head and shoulders should be in the photograph. Face should not be obscured. No sunglasses, dark lenses, or lens glare that obscures the eyes. Image should not be blurred, fuzzy, pixelated, or out of focus.
Do you need to upload a photo for LSAT Flex?

Law schools do not average the scores for admission, but we always look at performance if you’ve taken the test more than once. Ideally, it would be best if every applicant could secure their ideal LSAT score on the first attempt, but that is often not the case. Law schools will report the highest LSAT score.

Where can I print my LSAT ticket?
You will print up your admission ticket at LSAC.org, and you should NOT print it until the day before the exam—sometimes, they make last-minute changes, and you want to be certain you’re on top of those changes.
Can I chew gum during LSAT-Flex?
Unfortunately, LSAC’s policies don’t appear to permit gum-chewing during the LSAT. As such, I can’t recommend loading your LSAT test-day Ziploc bag with Trident. The only recommendation I have is to refrain from chewing gum when you take a full LSAT practice test.

How strict is LSAC with passport photos?
Basically, LSAC is just a strict about the photo as the government is with passport photos, if not more so, so don’t go sticking your tongue out or making cute peace signs. This is not the photo booth at your local bar!
