How does online eMart work?
eMart is a kit replacement system that allows servicemen to purchase their personal equipment and expendable items with their allocated credits through online or walk-in purchases in eMart outlets at selected SAF camps, as well as Lifestyle eMarts at SAFRA Punggol and Chevrons Clubhouse.
How long does eMart take to deliver?
The lead time needed for both self-collection and home delivery is at least three working days, and more if additional service is required, such as sewing or embroidery. Home delivery is for local addresses only and is charged at $12.50 per order.
Do NSmen have eMart credits?
Servicemen have to be active NSF, Regular or NSmen in order to utilise their eMart credits. Please contact your Unit Manpower Department to check your service status if NS Portal shown message “You are not eligible to purchase items from SAF eMart. Please contact your Unit Manpower Department for more details”.

How do you pay at eMart?
You can simply pay for the difference using your credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard only) and DBS PayLah! when shopping online. Not all credit cards are created equal. If it comes down to using your credit card to get more items from the SAF eMart, make sure you use the right one that suits your needs.
Can I buy eMart items with cash?
You may still purchase the items using the remaining credits and top up the difference with cash. However, please note that you can only use eMart credits to purchase Army No.
How do you know if eCredits?
Certificates and eCredits associated with your SkyMiles number can be viewed by logging in to My Profile on delta.com and navigating to Certificates, eCredits and Vouchers. Only Certificates or eCredits that were associated to your SkyMiles number when it was issued will be displayed.
Can I use cash for eMart?
No. You cannot claim any reimbursement for the cash paid even if you have sufficient eMart credits.

Sadly, members of the public (like myself) cannot shop via the NS Portal. It’s only for NSFs and NSmen. If you’re one of those, you can log into the SAF eMart through the NS Portal with your SingPass.

Yes, you may opt to self-collect your order from any SAF eMart outlets located throughout Singapore. We recommend going to one of the three publicly-accessible eMarts (see below) instead of one located in a military camp, in case you do not have the required clearance to enter the camp.
