What is UPOL raptor?
RAPTOR is a tough and durable protective coating that provides with a protective barrier to withstand the toughest situations. Spray or roll on RAPTOR as a truck bedliner or use to protect industrial surfaces, marine, off-road vehicles and much more.
How do you mix u pol Raptor Tintable?
RAPTOR is easy to mix. Simply fill the RAPTOR coating bottle with hardener to the first ridge “A” (250ml/0.5 pints of hardener). Add basecoat tinter no higher than the second ridge “B”* (no more than 100 ml/10% of basecoat tinter by volume*). Replace cap and SHAKE contents vigorously for at least 2 minutes.

Is Raptor a liner?
RAPTOR is unlike other bed liners or protective coatings. It’s less expensive and faster than powder coating. And in case it does scratch (which is tough to do!), RAPTOR can easily be repaired. You can’t do that with most of the other bed liners and protective coatings!
Can Raptor get wet?
Is it completely water tight? RAPTOR is a water tight coating once fully cured and can be used for many marine applications. Let RAPTOR cure completely for approximately 72 hours before immersing in water.
Do you need to prime before Raptor liner?
No need to prime again unless you sand down to bare metal. Remember, if it’s been more than 5 hours since the last coat of RAPTOR has been applied, allow RAPTOR to cure for 24 hours, then lightly scuff and apply additional coat(s).
Can you put clearcoat over Raptor liner?
RAPTOR™ can be overpainted with most paint systems. Allow RAPTOR™ to dry for 24 hours, scuff with a fine scuff pad, clean, apply a top coat or a clear coat if desired. RAPTOR™ Bed Liner and Protective Coating is a very durable coating.

What kind of Paint can I use on my Raptor?
Raptor can be reduced up to 20% with general purpose thiners, this will allow for a smoother texture and the ability to spray using a HVLP gravity gun. Tintable Raptor is compatible with solvent based mixing systems, use basecoat or solid colours 1K or 2K paints. If using 2K paint systems ensure you activate 2K paint before adding to raptor.
